for the 

winged ones

everywhere

world tapir day

love to the gentle

herbivores 

home

a little hollow

in the neighbour's tree

appears to be the nesting site

of some chickadees

flitting to 

and fro

tuck in

sweet 

small ones

robin chit chat

cheerio cheerio

cheep cheep

chippity chippity

chip

cheerio cheerio

chip chip

chippity

cheerio

cheep

cheep

just maybe...

everyday

should be

Earth Day 

in the air today

birds busily

serenading 

through

snow showers 

tfw...

you get all excited

because you think

you've just seen 

a butterfly

(the first of the season)

and then you realize

that it was only

a leaf

being blown

by the wind

~

but still

a little movement

in the air

and it's a lovely sunny 

spring day

even though it's supposed

to snow

tomorrow

~

maybe a good thing

it wasn't a butterfly

after all

springtime counting

one

red robins

and so

it 

begins

blustery

bird feeders swaying in the wind

poplar branches bending in the wind

fallen leaves swirling in the wind

magpie gliding in the wind

patio lights bobbing in the wind

last summer's tall grasses blowing in the wind

changes in the air

hopefully in the right directions

in 

the 

wind

rays

somehow

receiving sad news

seems even harder

on a sunny

day

tittering

many notes in the air

today

the featherers 

are busy
